A standard payment plan is a 3 to 10 month payment plan. The State of Texas requires that a one-time mandatory $15 Time Payment Fee be assessed to each case which is not satisfied within the first 30 days. If you are unable to pay within 10 months, you may request a court date to speak to the judge regarding your ability to pay. You may request a payment plan online by submitting the online application.

If your case/violation is in warrant status, you may NOT submit your request online. You may appear for our walk-in docket, known as “Judge’s Hour”, which is held most Wednesday’s at 9:00 a.m. If you appear later than 9:00 a.m., you risk not being seen by the judge. Also, please contact the court to ensure that “Judge’s Hour” is being held on the Wednesday you opt to appear.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of this request will result in a conviction. Failure to comply with an order granted by the judge will require you to appear at a Show Cause Hearing before the Municipal Court judge.
