A 30-day extension of time to pay the balance in full may be requested by submitting the online application. If the amount due is not paid in full by the due date, a one-time charge of $15 (per violation) will be added to your fine as required by state law.

If your case/violation is in warrant status, you may NOT submit your request online. You may appear for our walk-in docket, known as “Judge’s Hour”, which is held most Wednesday’s at 9:00 a.m. If you appear later than 9:00 a.m., you risk not being seen by the judge. Also, please contact the court to ensure that “Judge’s Hour” is being held on the Wednesday you opt to appear.

PLEASE NOTE: Submission of this request will result in a conviction. Failure to comply with an order granted by the judge will require you to appear at a Show Cause Hearing before the Municipal Court judge.
